Sent a Email to Jamie Dimon and got a RESPONSE!

Yesterday I sent this email to Jamie Dimon:

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is "Billy Bob" and my home loan # 0000000000. Three weeks ago
I got approved over the phone by Lauri Chacon 1-866-926-8937 ext.
1130042. She set me up over the phone from what she states was a "3
month trial" period. My payment was suppose to go from $1700.00 to
$961.00. She stated I would make those payments Oct.1, Nov.1, and Dec.
1. She told me to STOP paying and to wait for "paperwork" to come via
FedEx.

Today is Oct.1 2009, and I have not received anything in the mail,
almost 3 weeks later. So I call today to see what is going on and
possibly make a payment over the phone. A gentleman tells me not to
pay the 961.00 and forget everything Lauri Chacon told me and that she
was not suppose to do this. I was very upset. I thought I was on my
way to starting over fresh only to be hit with this devastating news.

I understand that this dept. is extremely busy but there needs to be
some accountability and order. Every time I call Chase I get a
different story. It is so unorganized. I am a public safety employee in
California and have been hit with some devastating budget cuts and I
almost lost my JOB. I just want to be treated like you and every other
person in America would expect to be treated.

Now I have no idea what to do?? I can't get any help over the phone so
I am asking you sir, please help my family and I make this work.

This is the response I got today(1 day later):

BudgetCuts - hope you get some good news. Obviously Mr. Dimon himself did not see this e-mail, though. I wonder what his REAL e-mail address... the one HE opens.... is?

I agree,, this must be his GENERIC Email address,, I am almost 100% sure that he never sees any of the emails sent this this address!!!! I will keep everybody informed as to any update on this!

We emailed him months ago and got a response. We were promptly hooked up with a couple of "senior" members of the team. They've done nothing for us.
I hope your situation goes smoother and they are able to help you better than they've helped us.
I'm convinced there are good Chase employees out there....you just have to find them!

Sorry, I hope that didn't sound like too much of a negative response.
I just happen to be on one of the "downs" right now of the roller coaster ride with Chase.
I'm glad they emailed you back so quickly!! At least we know that someone is actually awake over there

I got the same exact email from Seema Bawani.........when I sent email to Jamie Dimon and my contact at Executive team. Looks like they are just sending this reply to keep us calm for a while......

It was funny.....I spoke to a rep at loss mitigation this morning and she started explaining how the situation is in her office...as every day, the rules are changing and they are not able to keep up with them.....just feels like hell for........ya.....right......we know how well they do their work.....

At the moment, I was denied for MHA program and Chase said that they will put me for any other program, if qualified....they asked me to keep paying the same trial amount......even I was not approved for perm mod.

they keep sucking the blood......until we are left with bones!!!!

I will go one further, I bet he never comes into his office, let alone use a PC. When you are running a company into the ground, why would you care what is going on a day to day basis.

He only cares about his bottom line, his pocket book, nothing else really matters.

He should go the way of Lewis @ BofA, sa la vie...

I'm with you Chased. I'm not going to send any more e-mails to Mr. Dimon because he has apparently insulated himself from their impact. Did you see that protest video posted on another thread? This woman was trying to get some Chase employees to give a letter to Mr. Dimon and they wouldn't do it. We need a good detective out there - or a Chase employee who may be lurking here - to give us the way to get to Mr. D. C'mon - somebody out there - wouldn't it be interesting to see what might happen if he actually got our letters or e-mails? Are you all so indoctrinated with daily huddle brainwashing that you can't take a chance? I tend to think people are basically good - so let's give your boss a chance to prove he has that side. Any takers out there?

I know this is a long shot but this is what pops up if you do a search in new york for Jamie Dimon,spelled wrong intentionally? Seems like the right area of town???
