Chase Refi

I could use some advice.

Here is the story. I applied for a refi with Chase (my original lender). I received an appraisal that was ill prepared. After fighting with Chase, they did a field review, which supported my case that the first appraisal was done incorrectly. However, once my file went to the underwritter, he decides for some illogical reason to base his decision on the first appraisal and the field review. I was able to get my case to the Executive Office of Resultion, which has yet to contact me back.

Any advice? How can I proceed?

Right now pretty much all you can do is try to get a hold of the exec office yourself or wait for tham to contact you. A refi may be very hard to achieve right now due to the dramatic loss in the markets value..
