My Chase Update

I completed my 3 month trial payments on the Making Homes Affordable Plan Sept 26 (Fannie Mae owned loan) called numerous numbers finally got to the right person.....He told me after the 3 rd payment posts then the account goes in to what they call "review" he said to fax a copy of recent utility bill (they use this for proof of living at the address I read somewhere) and that everyone is missing signing the 2nd page of their 2008 tax return and to sign the 2nd page and fax it back to them and call within 24hrs to make sure they got everything. So I am keeping my fingers crossed. I said alot of prayers last night for help and DEVINE INTERVENTION....GOOD LUCK EVERYONE I will keep you posted

There are some positive results coming in on this forum and it's a great feeling to see people starting to get results.

Of course it's a day to day process, and things can change, but it feels good for a few days anyway!!!

I just paid my 6th trial payment. I was asked to send in current paystubs,bank statements, 2 years tax info...again but they are FINALLY looking at my account information. The guy on the phone yesterday saidf that Fannie Mae turned off their phones so they could get caught up and process all of the loan mods that have already been approved. He also told me that mid-October I should be hearing some good news.

I asked "Good news? Good news? Are you sure it will be GOOD news?"

He said he sure hoped so or his life is about to get very unpleasant with all of the pissed off people that will call if it is not good news!

You probably have a ways to go in this process. Good luck!
