Has anyone spoken with Kenya?

This is a long-shot, but has anyone applying for a mortgage modification through Chase spoken with a woman named Kenya? She was the first person I spoke to who acknowledged that my loan had been sitting in underwriting for too long and told me to call her the next day if I still hadn't heard (this was yesterday). I tried her today and the extension didn't work! I was transferred to the main line and they couldn't help me with just her first name. Has anyone worked with her and do they have either her extension or her last name so I can find her in the directory? I almost feel like I hallucinated her, but I swear I didn't, and I want to get in touch with her again. She was my ray of sunshine!

And while I'm at it, how long have people had to wait for an answer after their file was sent to underwriting? For modification, not refi. Mine was sent on August 11th (I applied April 30th). They told me 30 days, but no that it's been more than 30 I get a different answer every time I call.

It is going to be very hard to get a hold of her with just her first name as you had said. There maybe someone here who has spoken with a Kenya..

Once your case is sent to underwriting it typically takes about 30-60 days to get an answer back..
