Response to e-mail campaign

ok -- after sending my emails , I rec'd a call this morning from the Executive Resolution Group -- new person , "Desiree". Started by mentioning that she has rec'd a copy of my e-mail to Jamie Dimon.....funny because I did not include my loan # in the e-mail....

Now SHE is solely responsible for my file and is supposedly going to do everything she can to help me --- LOL.

Still SOS ( Stuck On STUPID) - not aware that my original rep left me a phone message on Friday, saying that my prospects for modification were
"very promising" and that within a few business days" my app would be accepted and a mod offered to me". I actually played the message from my cell phone for her. Asked whether she was aware of this ---- NO , of course not. She was calling to offer me a forberance.ONCE AGAIN a lot of apologies --- no accountabilty.

At these point I don't believe anything Chase says and I am going to keep
the pressure on.

I am new to this site. I have been trying to get a modification from B of A for about 6 months. They just advised me of my negotiator this week. I have submitted papers through the Save the Dream program in our state. I also have a second with them which has a 10% interest rate that they will not lower. I am not working (we had our first child and am on leave) and my husband is working two jobs. We qualify for a modification, so I do not know why they will not work with us.

At least they responded. We got hooked up with a member of the executive team, "sara", a couple of months ago after email Mr. Dimon. So far she has done NOTHING for us. We've received better response from the call center people. "Sara" once told us that she is just the "go between". We call her, she calls the other department for an update then she tells us what they said. Only she never calls us back to tell us what they said. We've found it just as productive to call the other department ourselves. She told us she has no power to actually do anything. It's just to make us feel better about working with one individual rather than an entire call center.
