Anyone hear of GUARDIAN - group that sends out the Trial Mods?? - Loan Modification Forum

In an email from our Chase Negotiator regarding status of the Trial Mod package and why the delay, she indicated that the company sending the package, GUARDIAN, said it should be to us no later than 10/2.

I did a search online for Guardian in association with mortage modifications.....this is what I found: Stop Mortgage Foreclosure, Home Loan Modifications, Forensic Loan Audits.. Do you really think this is the company our negotiator was talking about??? Interesting.

why not call back and ask them to explain who and how Guardian is involved?

They handle mortgage paperwork. If I do not receive the package by 10/2, I will ask that very question.
