Had my hopes up that we would actually be the one that didn't have too much trouble with Chase since we got our Negotiator the end of March....we had to send copies of everything a 4 times before her...once after she was assigned. Send paystubs and bank info monthly....fought to get a bogus lien removed by HFC. Since then...everything went smoothly. She said she is moving on in a couple of weeks. Watch and see what happens now. Package was to be here by Friday.... It's Saturday, too late for FedEx now... So... Let the games begin. We were not immune or have extra powers. Is it Monday yet? Ready to do the mailing campaign! Arlyn |

The first I accepted and I received two more trial packages after I completed the first three month trial, which is now on the sixth payment! What I would like to know is, who is in charge of overseeing that these banks are following the guidelines of the mod program? Mine is owned by Freddie Mac, who has to participate, but yet I keep getting the run around. It's almost like posting a speed limit, but nobody is ever there to enforce it. |

We made all of our trial mod payments and were told our final mod was done and the docs would be out in the next couple of days. Now they say they don't know if and when the docs will be out. Chase even had the gall to now say they don't even know if we will get approved for a final mod. How do you go from approved to this? The level of incompetence shown by Chase so far is amazing. They keep blaming it on the sheer volume of requests but that is the same story we have been hearing now for months. It is amazing to me that they are even still in business with all the money they are wasting on FEDEX and employees that have no clue about what they are talking about. The fact that their computer systems are not even tied into each other or that the employees don't know how to read the information in them is appalling. If I ran a business like they do I would have been out of business a long time ago. I am trying to stay in my home and avoid a +$200,000 loss for them and they act like is just does not matter. |

I have stopped paying and nobody has even noticed. I refused to pay more than the 3 month trial that didnt even represent a drop in payment. I ahve information that leads me to believe that the longer they keep you in trial, the more they benefit. |

I will send him an email and fax a day. When I get the time, I will call him too. Please take the time today to let the Treasury know that the President's plan for stabilizing the economy is not working. The stipulation that the banks are required to participate in the plan is worked but the banks have decided that the mere requirement of participation does not mean they have to actually put the modifications in place. The recent report released showing BAC has a 7% success rate is appalling. BAC, Chase, et al. took billions of taxpayer dollars in exchange for an agreement to implement the President's plan and I will hold BAC accountable for their actions. As a taxpayer, I will insist they not only participate in the President's plan, but I demand they actually provide the relief intended. Can everyone please send an email or fax today to let Geithner/the Treasury know the banks are participating in the President's plan, however, they are refusing to provide us with the modifications.
