Hi everyone:

I contacted a company that provides forensic audit for companies doing loan modification. I have been sucessful to close 16 loan mods so far. I have never used or done a forensic audit with my previous clients.,, my question is ,, how much garanty a forensic audit will give to my clients in order to structure a better loan mod ?,, this company is charging me $300.00 per case to do an audit. Is this very important to do. Please advise. I wil very much appreciate.
