Whatever happened with this? He probably told you all to go f yourselves. That's his style. I know because I used to work for him.

Raped Homeowner - for someone who said they have been watching and reading the forum inputs, you should know the results our our email attack.

Really, who are you and what is it that you really want to do in this forum? You should know we are here to support each other no matter what. I believe if someone takes offense to the Raped Homeowner and asks you to change it because it may offend someone for personal reasons, you should. We are ALL about support here no matter what the issue.

You, I don't believe, are who you say you are and are here to disrupt. Funny, you picked the day to comment when Moe is busy with a BofA exec. If I'm wrong, I'll eat my words and I'll apologize.

Re: Chase - Email campaign for Monday, who's in?

Has anyone received a positive response from CHASE after our email attack? I just got a written response from the Executive Response representative that was assigned to me. She acknowledged that she was given the email that I sent to Jamie Dimon and simply repeated the same denial that I had received from the underwirter which was "denied due to not a permanent hardship." She offered no options for me, only if my conditions change to reapply. How can my conditions change when I cannot afford my ARM 9.3 interest loan and do not have the part-time job that supplemented my retirement incomel ? I am now two months behind on my mortgage payment, and it appears that CHASE refuses to comply with the government standards for loan modifications........ This is so frustrating!

Re: Chase - Email campaign for Monday, who's in?

Hey Mountain Life...
I just went through 8 months of waiting and finally got someone nice to help me out...so they expedited my paper work to the underwriter to review my information. in the same day(that took 8 moths for them to get around to) they denied me due to "not a permanent hardship" I was pissed. Luckily the lady was nice enough to tell me what a permanent hardship is since I thought my criteria was a permanent hardship. She was not able to coach me she said, but will answer any questions I had.

Being unemployed is not a permanent hardship. I asked if losing a room mate is a permanent hardship and she said yes...go figure. So I reapplied and rewrote my letter to explain the so called permanent hardship. if you ask me...anything is considered a permanent hardship if you make X amount of money and cant afford what the hell they are charging you each month.

any who...I’m waiting for the re apply process now... sent it in on 10/01/09. We’ll see...

btw all my other information was good to go, just my letter did not explain a permanent hardship. Even though my mortgage is 61% of what I make....UHMMMM THATS PERMANENT...I’m not gonna start being a millionaire all of a sudden! SHEEEEEEEEEEESH! Figure it out CHASE!

Cheers!

Re: Chase - Email campaign for Monday, who's in?

Emerge: Thanks for the information. I am hoping that NACA can assist me, but I intend to re-submit my loan modification application because now I am NOT current on my loan and I was told (not by the underwriter) that my application could be re-directed to another department for review. I originally applied in April 2009, remained current on my loan until September 2009 which is the month I was denied due to a lack of a permanent hardship. My loan is 60% of my retirement income. Were you current on your loan? When I talked to the underwirter who denied my application he abruptly told me that I could not qualify for any modification with CHASE, although he only handled the HAMP modifications...... I will continue to try but I hate feeling totally controlled by the arbitrary rules that CHASE creates for all of us.

Re: Chase - Email campaign for Monday, who's in?

Please help!
I was on forbearance for 3 months (May, June, July), and then on 3-month Obama’s plan, last payment was Oct. 3rd, and they are still not ready to make the modification permanent, and told me to make payment #4. In the mean time condo is listed for sale (short sale) and I might have a buyer, but don’t know what to do. If I’ll wait until they’ll review my case and make a decision (which could be easily - “Denied”) I’ll loose the buyer (which is so hard to find), if I don’t wait for the permanent mod and submit purchase contract for the prospective buyer who may not get approved for the price I’ll loose both, the buyer and the loan mod., as the loan mod. will be automatically cancelled, as the Obama’s program is for those that intent to keep their home only, so I was told. What do I do? It’s a torture!fficeffice" />>>

Thanks a lot.

Ramdo5,

From what I am seeing I would Short sale it. get out, you tried and tried to stay there and they spit in your face with false promise's and dissapointments. It looks like the banks want to own all the homes in the USA and control housing, like GM, and all other outsourced job's for pennies to what we are paid.
Your story makes me feel like why waste time? It is a loosing deal emotionally destructive to our health. DRIP on all of them, Dont Re-elect Incumbent Politicians. Make it law rather than thier lifestyle.
I see another round of big job losses coming up soon, and forclosures.
Sorry to hear what you have been through, the last shot would be make them produce the original Doc's in your presence in 10 day's. Use it as a tool to make them help you if they do not have the original ink copy. 85% dont. Only a scanned copy, not a legal document in court judges are looking at the real pigs here, the banks are making more money over and above the bailout money and ruling in the favor of the homeowner..

Moe, i'm in. I've been denied a HAMP by Chase (Fannie Mae is my investor) because my wife who is the coborrow is unemployed and seeking work. I'm making less than last year say $10000 and my hardship is not permanent in nature. What kind of BS is this?

Since I'm new here, I'm guessing you're asking us to forward emails to these Banksters and if that's the deal, count me IN! Chase and Quicken are tag-teaming me to the poor house.

Re: Chase - Email campaign for Monday, who's in?

After the e-mail campaign, I received another denial -- this time for bring unemployed, no mention of the previous denial " lack of permanent hardship and too much equity" - nor any explanation of how they figured the equity --

The original rep who had resubmitted an file after the 1 st denial is not longer allowed to speak to me. I was told this by his supervisor and by the Executive Resolution Group. They , The ER Group also responded to the letter that I wrote to my Congressman and the OCC. All in all , I have been denied twice, given no explanation for their capricious decisions and give no options from Chase.Suggestions????

Re: Chase - Email campaign for Monday, who's in?

Hi Moe,

I'm somewhat new to this, and I am not aware of your previous email blast to B of A. What does that entail? Do you want us to each compose an individual email, and if so, what are we to say?

I was with Chase, had medical issues and couldn't work, couldn't pay, but had surgeries, and am working again, but not yet up to my previous earning level. I can afford a modified plan for a few years while I continue to get on my feet. The plan they sent me was for $300 MORE a month than my original payments! I couldn't afford THAT.

Without any word, no notice as required by CA law, they had a trustee sale. I didn't know until just last Thursday when I discovered it was Oct 14. They did not serve me any certified papers, no notice on the door, nothing. Freddie Mac now owns my house. I don't have money for attorney fees to fight.

I had contacted an attorney you have listed above on your site (see attorney's) and he said I was a prime candidate for a modification, but he couldn't help me if the house had already been sold.

Am I ticked at Chase? You bet! How can these people sleep at night? Hey, I'll email this story to them, but I don't expect it will do ME any good.
I am literally about to become a bag lady on the street. I'll have to give up my pets - my only 'family' I have, and to lose my house AND my pets is more than I can handle. I'm alone with no place to go, and no more reason to live. Maybe I should go pitch a tent in Jamie's front yard.

I am on my own, too - no living relatives. I have pets, too. It will be mover my dead body that I give up! My pets are my kids and I will not see them homeless. I have a responsibility to them - and to myself - and to the general public to do my part to ensure these crooks get their just desserts - and do my part, I will.

And so should you! Its easier than you think to keep your home.

I am literally about to become a bag lady on the street. I'll have to give up my pets - my only 'family' I have, and to lose my house AND my pets is more than I can handle. I'm alone with no place to go, and no more reason to live. Maybe I should go pitch a tent in Jamie's front yard.
Give a call to:

June Reyno
858-361-2399

She is part of an org called something like National Association of Homeowners for Justice in California. She can advise.

Also go to:

Livinglies’s Weblog

There's a list of attorneys there (see links on the left) that are recommended because they understand what the banks are doing.

June's organization is set up a little differently and I think it is a bit expensive compared to paying a good attorney a retainer directly but it is definitely worth talking to her.

Foreclosures CAN be reversed. Do NOT give up. You would be amazed how many errors these banks make in their dealings with us and all it takes is ONE.

By the way, you ought to start a NEW thread for your case so it doesn't get buried under an incorrect subject line. You get better feedback that way.
