Mo, please cut me in... I am dealing with a case that the homeowner got the Senator Nelson involve with her case.. Now, her case is with the executive resolution department ???, I am putting together a strong case including a forensic audit of the loan...they are doing p... in the pants so far.. please reply back to me if you want more detail..

Great idea moe. I wrote and called charlie schraff office. He is located in nyc. Jimmy d. Is in chicago. I got charlie's personnel asst. And they sh...t when i said i was coming to see them to discuss my screwing. A guy , who helps me now, called me within one hour. So i think charlie does not want any headaches. He likes his big salary and bonuses each year. We will prevail!!!!!!!!

HOW IRONIC. I am in real estate and my buyer has been waiting over 4 months to hear back from WaMu/Chase. They hold the 1st and 2nd for the seller and the listing agent is also very frustrated.Meanwhile they deny me due to lack of income on my WaMu mod....

Awesome everyone.

I am going to write up a draft of the subject line and some things we should add in the email. The goal is to let them know we are a united front here and we WILL NOT go away until they stand by their commitment to keep homeowners in their homes or to allow a graceful exit if it is proved you cannot afford the home.

I had an idea team that we can implement here quite simply and I think would get A LOT of media. Think about this.

I start a live investigative news station here on the Home page of LoanSafe. I am your reporter. I work for you all 8-10 hours a day exposing this BS by systematically proving with video, audio, letters and eyewitness testimony that these banks are LYING AND TAKING peoples homes when THEY SHOULDN'T.

NO MORE BANK LIES SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN!

How will it work? SIMPLE:

1. Live video and audio feeds from my home office/news station/home saver central

Here in Temecula California/

2. Target one to two banks a day, every day, Monday-Friday. Example, here, we hit Chase Monday with emails, live video and conference calls to executives and each one of us is on these calls listening, not recording, but EYE WITNESSES. I lead the crew and call.

3. Members who have the most extreme cases and are close to foreclosure will have a group of Americans who will fight with them on that day. Maybe it is 1, 2 or 5 homeowners and we each (20,30 or 100 people??) pitch in and email the CEO's, Call the CEO's at home, on their cell, senators, city mayors, state attorney generals, media etc and let them know that this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. This will all be recorded live and they will know it. This is all done via social media, the internet and with some phones. No need to take a bus to Washington, YET.

4. Activism and organizing will be here on the forum.

5. Instead of the Guardian Angels, we will be the Homeowner Angels lol

We are far from foreclosure--we started 2 years ahead of ARM resetting because we just KNEW it was going to be an uphill battle. We will definitely be in the emailing, calling, and further afronts on the banks.

MOE, This would be a great thing coordinated with NACA. As you know they have gotten far with their bulldog tactics,protesting at the ceo's homes,shareholder meetings,offices etc. I know Mr. Marks is ready to do this again with the servicers who arent doing what they should or can do to keep people in their homes. I think the combined effort and media would go a long way. I know you have direct contact with Bruce so wouldnt this help?????????????????????
