I'm on hold with Chase, and suddenly I'm transferred to NACA??

*sigh* No response from our new rep with the Executive people. I've left her several messages. I'm on hold with the front line people. Now she has to call me back because the call in front of me is taking longer than expected. Ugh.

I'm so tired of all this. I suppose it's because I'm sick that I feel this way. Blah.

this is a new one. So you ALMOST got to the NACA team at Chase? Wow. The exec. team at Chase won't work with you if you are working with NACA, but this is the first time I've ever seen anyone transferred from Chase into the NACA team. You could be our trailblazer! If you can, get a phone number for the Naca team at chase and let us know!!!!!

I don't think it was the NACA people AT Chase. The message/prompts directed me to try to find a meeting in my area (only 194 miles away - that's close enough, right?!), then when I didn't respond promptly enough it said "I'm sorry you are having trouble. Goodbye." and hung up on me!

But, hey, if it turns out to be the one at Chase, I'll for sure get a name and number because I don't NOT get one now!

We need to get to the bottom of why this is a policy that is being forced on you all. I could understand if NACA was getting you answers, but they are not. So, you are damned if you do and damned if you don't. Sounds like a plan made to fail and one that is forced unwillingly on those that fall into this trap of disservice.

Moe, I was surprised. I've never contacted NACA, and frankly, they shouldn't know ANYTHING about my mortgage. So, who knows? If I'm forced to go through NACA, that adds another what? year? to the process?? And then the exec team won't even talk to me??

Not cool. Totally not cool.
