I bet this is why more and more banks are getting more than the 3 payments that MAHP..whatever..the Obama thing, asks for....ahhh yes..."missing paperwork." Blaming it on the borrowers not getting it to them so they file an extension.

That's right they all cried to Timmy! So why not do all of our mod's, they have all of our paper-work? Brothers and Sisters it's called "Self-Cure" (New Found $$$) period. They now can drag you out to 5 months if you don't send in our paper-work (that they never get or loose), that you have already done so!so! many times before.
It's a full time job keeping up-with the all the changes.
BK would have been so much easier, but then they could not make us keep paying for a way over priced house. Let me see while I'm in BK 2nd gone and credit card gone. Look the banks always get their way, our great leaders turned tail and ran!!!
How many Princial write downs have you read about?
How many 2nd mortgage pay-offs have you read about?
