Chased.... I completely agree. As far as stopping the banks, I have declined a "repayment agreement" BAC so graciously provided me. After reading Fannie Mae guidelines (my loan is owned by Fannie), its definition of a repayment plan was to be offered to those who are in default. I am not yet in default. I will be come October 1. I will not make any "forbearance/repayment" payments. If I am lucky enough to get on trial modification, I will make the three payments because it is one of Fannie's requirements, but no more. I hope all registered voters get out to the polls come election and vote in new candidates.

Aye, I agree, they should just tell the truth.....but...they won't. They won't because it would cause a huge amount of people to just stop sending in the blood money.

Think about how many people are underwater or having problems, some 40% of homeowners. Are there 40% of homeowners on this board, or ANY board for that matter.

We here are the minority. We are the ones looking for answers....and when you want answers, you have to ask questions. We do not get satisfactory answers to the questions we ask, or, we are LIED too.

Something smells very bad in Amerika. From politics (invading a sovereign nation w/o cause...IRAQ), to finances and banking (monopolies, corporate fraud, banking fraud..derivatives etc), to lazy ass generational welfare recipients (thanks WAR ON POVERTY), to the highest per capita prison population (thanks WAR ON DRUGS)......Amerika has started to collapse and it's due to insane policies, crony capitalism, and just a basic degeneration of ethics and morals.
