anyone told they dont get BPO info?

I'm not sure, but from my understanding they should disclose this information to you...

I thought it seemed odd but since the NPV test is so critical to approval I suspect withholding the BPO info will make it impossible to know if they used an accurate value. I did go to Chase's Home Value site and found my value had raised about 2K for no reason...no other solds etc.

They gave me mine, so its odd that they wouldn't just tell you.

Do you know that Chase used my cyberhome value when approving me for my HAMP trial?

When we were trying to do a Deed in Lieu with Chase, they would not give me the information on the BPO - she said it was against the law to do so, however she gave me a ball park figure.....

Haaa!! I guess its just all in who ya talk to...call back and ask one of the newbies. I called for status & the guy was like "oh i see your bpo is done so thats good"...I asked him what it came back as and he told me.

Just hang up and call someone else...
