I thought it seemed odd but since the NPV test is so critical to approval I suspect withholding the BPO info will make it impossible to know if they used an accurate value. I did go to Chase's Home Value site and found my value had raised about 2K for no reason...no other solds etc. |

I called for status & the guy was like "oh i see your bpo is done so thats good"...I asked him what it came back as and he told me. Just hang up and call someone else... |
