Naca dropping ball?

I have been with naca for 6 mos. They have not responded to emails, calls for over a month. I sent copies to 4 people, and noone responds at all. WAMU claims to have never been contacted. What the heck. Anyone having issues with them? Dave

I've been with them 5 months. After my chase denial, I called and they set a phone interview with me for Sept 5th. They said they just needed to talk with me and then they would escalate with Chase. Got a call at 6 a.m on Sept 3rd (I'm in CA) saying they had to change the phone date. We changed it to the evening of the 14th. When I got to work I realized I couldn't do it on the 14th (I was asleep when they called - brain wasn't working) so I called them that morning and waited and waited and then got the phone call changed to today at 4 p.m. I e-mailed them a couple of times last week asking what information I needed to have ready, but no response. THEY CALLED LAST NIGHT (the 14th) when I had 15 people here for a meeting. I said that I had rescheduled. The guy said he didn't see that in the file, but not to worry, they would probably call tomorrow. Well now it's tomorrow. I took 2 hrs. off work. I'm sitting here with all of my information ready and it's 4:17. I hope to G_d they call. I have a 6:30 meeting to go to.
