8/26/09 trial period extension hamp update - Loan Modification Forum

Okay I went to check the news on the http://www.hmpadmin.com website. There is a revised HAMP critical waiver update posted 9/2/09 but I can't tell how it differs at all from the 8/26 version?? Just trying to stay on top of what they are doing or suppose to be doing...The big monthly report is due tomorrow wonder if Chase can report any perm mods? Wonder if the govt is even tracking whether or not these become perm UGH!

Yes Shuladore hopefully the gov't is not just looking at the trial periods provided by the lenders within the past few months. Many people have been through the trial period but hardly anyone has achieved a permanent solution..

Well, Chase told me this week they are doing final conversion on WAMU to Chase in their computers so they cant do much in the way of processing...yeah right..maybe they are manipulating all the data for loan mods to show they are doing permanent ones to release next week???
