Each time after lots of run arounds I get a letter stating that my application for the 17th time is "INCOMPLETE APPLICATION" and then they close the case. I was so disgusted that I wrote a scathing letter to my Representative and to my Senators. To my surprise Sen. Dodd's office contacted me. After I signed the necessary papers for them to proceed with looking into WAMU (CHASE whatever). I got a letter back from the Senator's office on Monday dated August 20, 2009 stating that Sen. Dodd had contacted the Office of Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the regulator for JP Morgan Chase and Wachovia (a rental property I have). So I let it go. Anyway 10 minutes ago I get a call from Chase bank regarding our loan modification - they want to help me. Who are these people? She tells me that I must fill out the Hardship Affadavit and I can find it on the Chase site. So I go to Chase.com and I cannot find the Hardship Affadavit anywhere? Does anyone know where it is? Please help me get this. Any ideas? Need to be sure that I qualify and need some advice on DTI etc. Thanks. |

The programs are there for Chase to use when they get congressional push back. Unfortunately, these are the steps you must take to get anywhere. The average person will just give up and let everything go to foreclosure despite the resources Chase has available to help. Make sure you keep a call log. Good luck. |

I went to the NPV worksheet and it says that I pass with a 3.02% modified loan for 40 years. I went to the Chase site and my house is valued at $416,000. It was originally appraised at $800,000 cause it had a building lot included which we seperated and it now has a house on it. My main question before I go much further is if it says I qualify for this loan will I? Does anyone know the answer to that and what I need to say if that is the case to assure I get this modification. |
