Here is my Chase story

I decided to try going back to Chase and start again. I was turned down by Chase in June and decided to try NACA. I was told by NACA that they couldn't help me because i didn't meet the Obama plans guideline.

So now i went back to Chase for help. I was then told since they just started servicing my loan in Feb that i have to wait a year for help. I have never heard anything about this or seen anybody run into this problem. I told Chase that i had no control that they took over my loan in Feb. So he tells me that he can't help me.

He then tells me to hold on he sees im already trying for a loan mod with Chase. I said Chase turned me down in June for a loan mod.(was current then) I said when did they open this file and he told me June 25 and that they are asking for updated info on Aug 4. (now im 2 payments behind) Im not sure what is going on now.

Has anybody run into this same problem with Chase? The only thing i can think of is that now im down 2 payments that they decided to reopen my case. What do you think?

DTAP:

I agree with Jillian. For good measure, send a detailed letter to the CEO, Mr. Dimon and have them assign someone at the executive office to work closely on your file. You have nothing to loose now that you have gotten their attention.

What reasons did NACA give you for not wanting to work on your file.

Words of wisdom:

People do not fail, they just stop trying.

Re: Here is my Chase story

NACA told me that since i didn't qualify for the Obama plan they couldn't help me. I then decided to try again myself with Chase. I know what you guys are saying about Chase. I will be staying on them this time around.
