I explained I had refused it and NACA was talking to you. Response was they had no record I had refused. I asked if they had record I had agreed and she sez no. SO, I am told they will start foreclosure and I need to reapply. I ask what they have heard from NACA, and she says nothing. Then it occurs to me, she has no idea who NACA even is. I ask and she admits never heard of them and no record of their ever talking. Hmm, I say I have emails proving they are talking, and that I refused mod. UNREAL. So, will call NACA and probably have to start over. CHASE WAMU,THEY ARE THE WORST> |

Collections only; someone not included on higher level conversations on loss mitigation. In any case, you would hope that the higher level conversations would be documented in a system the front line could access! |

I started working with NACA in April, and since they are so difficult to get to I also was still working with Chase (no resolution of couse). Today I called my contact in the Executive Resolution Team of Chase, and she said "since we have a contract with NACA, I cannot speak with you anymore on this case." I asked her how she got this info, and she said her Manager just told her the other day. She could not direct me to any unit in Chase that was working with NACA cases, nor could she give me the NACA phone number they work with. I was quite surprised, since Chase acknowledged having gotten NACA's proposal for me on June 8, and I had talked with Ms. Davis of the Exec Team many many times since then. Something has changed. Not sure what yet. |
