Can someone PLEASE help me find something in the HAMP guidelines - Loan Modification Forum

I'm in the process of writing an email to Jamie Dimon about being wrongfully denied a loan modification under HAMP. I could have sworn I read in the guidelines that previously modified loans done in-house by the servicer were still eligible for the HAMP program but now I can't find it. Chase is trying to tell me that I don't qualify because of the in-house mod I got last May even though the payment is almost 45% of my gross income.

Banks can do whatever they want at this point of time, I would apply at www.naca.com
