Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | naca tour so here is the situation we have already started to move into an apartment for rent because we were tired of chase and thier games. now we find out that the naca company is here in the atlanta area helping people with thier mortgages they are supposedly getting the payment cut in half. should we give up the apartment and go to the naca tour and see if they can help us or just continue with the walk away. we were in the trial modification but decided that because chase only took 100 dollars off our original loan we decided to just walk. we have called naca earlier this year and they said they would get in touch with chase for us and see what could be done. chase did call us but only offered us this trial modification. now we are sitting here wondering what to do. I mean we are ready to move and get on with our life but in some way we would like to hold on if we can. any advice or suggestions. our apartment is half of our mortgage and we will save on gas and light but it's not a house. |

I am sure you may lose the deposit either way and if you still see if NACA can help and have the apt. in the background as backup, then you should be fine. I have seen homeowners go over a year trying a work out with Chase.
