I am curious to find out if your loans are fixed or variable rates.

From my personal experience I have seen pretty much any type of loan get denied and also approved. All modifications will be based on your personal financial situation.

I have seen fixed rate loans get modified to a lower rate and also variable loans get modified to a fixed to stop the interest rate from adjusting...

My variable rate intrest only mod request was denied. They said I make to much money ($158,000) and have too much savings (only have what is in my checking account and that gets spent every month). Is there someone I can call to appeal to?

I emailed Mr. Dimon on Monday and had someone calling me from the ERT on Tuesday morning. I thought that was pretty fast...
