All modifications will be based on your personal financial situation. I have seen fixed rate loans get modified to a lower rate and also variable loans get modified to a fixed to stop the interest rate from adjusting...

They said I make to much money ($158,000) and have too much savings (only have what is in my checking account and that gets spent every month). Is there someone I can call to appeal to? |
