Can someone please tell me why Chase/EMC would do a BPO after I already have made my third trial payment. Is this good? Bad?

Any information would be helpful

Even after the trial period is complete, Chase is going to continue reviewing your case for a permanent solution. I'm not really sure as to why they are doing the BPO after the trial period is complete...

Hi Liz,

A BPO is a Brokers Price Opinion, it is just like an appraisal just not as intense..
