I just posted my Good Chase/Bad Chase post, and have read people have negotiators assigned to them. No one has ever been assigned to my case since March, and suddenly they want me to take a bad deal even though on the Obama end I am still in their system. (maybe they hadn't gotten the news yet, don't know.) Is there a separate place to call to get assigned a negotiator or counselor? Thank you.
