Briefly, I'm the listing agent representing my clients (and friends) who are selling their house short. We've had the First lienholder (Chevey Chase) approve the short sale! Yeah, But we cannot get the 2nd (a heloc with Chase) to respond! Their timeline is ridiculous! They've finally said they've received the short sale packet, but we are now waiting to be assigned to a consultant! Does anyone have a name of someone at chase who could help speed this up? This seems like a no-brainer! They get 10% or nothing, but they need to respond quickly. EVERY single document is there that they might need. The 2nd is only $27,000! The first has agreed to pay Chase 10%. The first short sale approval needs to be by 8/14 and that's the issue, I don't think we'll even be in Chase's cue until after that date passes. Would love anyone's suggestions? Also how about creative way's to pay off the 2nd?? |
