how long before Chase files the Notice of Sale? - Loan Modification Forum

I received a Notice of Default which was recorded in late June. I understand Chase has to wait 90 days before they can proceed to the next step which is a Notice of Sale.

An attorney I spoke with said that 90 days is the minimum but more likely it will be 4 to 8 months before they proceed!

My question for anyone who's already been foreclosed on: How long did Chase take between the Notice of Default and the Notice of Sale for your foreclosure???

I have seen as early as 3 months and as long as over a year. There are definitley no gurantees with Chase.
