Did anyone receive a call w/ name & ph of the person handling your trial loan mod?

Along with our trial modification agreement received 7/17, we received a call the following Monday from Tiffany with her detailed information to contact with questions/concerns and that she would be handling our modification.

This is the first time someone has contacted me in 18 months! Except for when Stacy called me on the 13th to tell me she received my faxed application and that she was walking it to a negotiator "right now."
