well some more news to give spoke to an inside person at hud and they told me that the banks don't care it's hud that is going to take a lost not them so thats why they are not helping people. we don't have a fha loan with freddie man or fannie mae but we have one that is insured by chase so they may not give us any help at the end of the modification. I feel we are just paying them this forbearance money so they can get what they need then forclose anyway.
