tomser is on a distinguished road
dont know what to do ??

can this forum save my life??

please just tell me your comment or opinions I have not been able to sleep for last 2 weeks and I am ill now
I am not sure and skeptical any attorneys can help me and don't know where to turn to get help or just let it foreclosure

I am retired and live on my social security and retirement fund that I withdraw every month along with my social security to pay my mortgage payment .

my reset interest only monthly payment jumped from $1800 to $2700 in September,2009 that is no way i can afford to pay . If I cant get loan mod , then the only choice is to default to foreclosure immediately.. Now here is problems . I have sent my loan mod paper without including how much i have in my the retirement fund which i have worth of $ 200k,mutual fund and stock and bond which is my life time entire my retirement fund along with my social security

my lender send me letter stating I have to write down how much i have in my retirement fund.. So If i tell my lender i have worth of $200k in my retirement fund , then does my lender deny my loan mod this my central question ????

Of course i can pay eve if the high monthly payment $2700 then my retirement fund will be quickly depleted very soon and nothing left over and me and my wife would be sleeping in the street

thnak you

Re: dont know what to do ??

Here we go again - the only person who can answer this question is the lender. They have requested this information so it must matter to them. You have no choice but to answer their request. Your retirement account, which you withdraw on every month, is your income - they have asked to see your income. Too bad you didn't submit this with your initial mod request ...

There is both an 'Ask the Attorneys' thread and a CA Attorneys thread here that should be where you post this question.

Looks like you have concerns that you are getting good advice from your current attorneys. I presume you have also asked them this question.
