Start legal process to get mortgage recinded Urgent due to Sept 15th 2009 Deadline for Mortgage Modification to start 1. Note was securitized by World/Wachovia but Deed not filed 2. Refi was 3 years and 3 months ago. 3. Currently 75 days since payments were stopped to Wachovia not able to keep paying rising monthly mortgage with lowered income since 2008, and continued low income in 2009 Please respond to this thread with contact information. Would like to know if any Class Action suit is possible for California since World Savings had $120B (with 1/2 in California) that was 99% option Arm loans that Wachovia acquired. $9B were securitized by Wachovia in 2007. This is a big problem for California and a big opportunity for Legal Firms in California. TNT101 |
