My Servicer is Wells Fargo and Investor is Goldman Sach, but deed says, my investor is Wells Fargo and WF says investor is Goldman Sach ( so I am little confused). However, My first and second loan is from the same investor at the time I was getting that loan. Any way, looks like, now they are modifying only my first loan although I requested my first and second loan to be modified. Here is my questions. 1. How do I handle my second loan modification ? 2. How do I make my first and second loan put together is affordable to me? 3. Is there any guide lines to the bank from the Govt. agency ? Will appreciate your input. thanks KS |

Hi ksiv01, Even though you have applied for both your 1st and 2nd loan with the same lender to be modified, that will not always happen. If your lender feel you can afford your payment with only modifying one loan they may just do that.. But over the past 2 years I have seen quite a few first and 2nd liens get modified. Typically one would come a few weeks or so after the other.. If you are asking if they can modify both loans into one that cannot happen..
