I am currently waiting on a offer on a mod for my 1st which I hope to be this week. A different negotiator called me last week about my 2nd HELOC to offer me a trial mod over the phone. The offer was only verbal she said nothing would be sent to me in the mail and I would need to make my payment this week. After 3 mos trial period then they would tell me if approved or not and send papers to me in mail. My question is if I am offered a mod on the 1st and I dont pay the 2nd due to being upside down, and will probably file bankruptcy do you think it might affect my mod approval on my 1st, since is it with the same company? Thanks..... |
