I am curious where are our rights to due process. Like so many others I have been dealing with this for 6 months. When I contacted my local mortgage lenders office and was told to go to Well's Fargo website to fill out forms to begin a payment plan for the 1 payment I was behind and the 2nd payment I would be short in March, that would give me time to get caught up on utilities bills. I had a down turn in business due to economy. Is there any rules or laws on the length of time they have to let you know what they are doing. I've had communication troubles, lost paperwork, put into foreclosure for some plan they were reviewing me for. Yes I owe the money for my mortgage and I did sign the loan docs, but I contacted them for a payment plan for 900.00 to 1000.00 I did have monies for the payments they just wouldn't except it at all only the full amount. This is just so frustrating getting such a run around. Is there any help? |
