When you applying for loan mod ,lender accept retirment fund ( mutual fund,stock, bond and dividen at vanguard ) as income. Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Re: lender accept retirment fund as income source when appying for loan mod?? thank you for your information I thought too so why they dont count retirement fund as income but one thing what if i provide a documentation providing $ 500k in my retirment fund - for example- and if they see I have $500k then they might say hey you have a lot of money and I dont need loan md and if i default they may demand me to pay off--just worst case the retirment fund has beed evarporated 30% since stock market down turn and if it is gone then I would be out of street no oher income to live on. can you comment on this situation I appreciate it very much |
