Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Hello I have purchased three homes over the last several years in a sequence where I purchased one, lived in it, then purchased another, etc. My question is, in California where we have a one action state, which homes would this apply to. Since it applies to owner occupied residences yet I moved out of them, what happens? All three homes have been refinanced so they are not purchase money. |
