Smile Deficientcy balance on owner occupied

Hello

I have purchased three homes over the last several years in a sequence where I purchased one, lived in it, then purchased another, etc. My question is, in California where we have a one action state, which homes would this apply to. Since it applies to owner occupied residences yet I moved out of them, what happens? All three homes have been refinanced so they are not purchase money.
