I was wondering if I can still apply for the obama home affordable program that should be available for Wachovia borrowers because it sounds like I qualify for the loan, but I dont know if someone already has a modification, can they apply for a new one. |

Call Wachovia and find out if you can apply for the Obama plan It's better to ask them and find out if they will approve your request for this plan.
