I have a modification with Wachovia that I just signed, but it is not that great. I was wondering if I can still apply for the obama home affordable program that should be available for Wachovia borrowers because it sounds like I qualify for the loan, but I dont know if someone already has a modification, can they apply for a new one.

Call Wachovia and find out if you can apply for the Obama plan It's better to ask them and find out if they will approve your request for this plan.
