Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Waiting for Mod...but got summons Do any of you fine attorneys out there reading this ,know sort of........what wording should be used in an answer to a summons? We have an attorney for BK but are trying to put off the BK long enough to get the MOD done with NACA...I got the paperwork to answer...but my attorney lead me to believe the answer sort of needs to be a denial of owing the $$ to buy us a couple of more months...he wants to charge $325 to ea of us to file the "answer" seems steep to me...anyway any advice would be greatly appreciated!! |

That said, your attorney seems to be giving you a pretty good price for preparing an answer. - Paul
