how cn you get a extension to move out.

if you are a tenant and you get a letter saying the house is going to be auction in 15 days how can I go about it by letting me stay for another month. or can they just locked the door and kick you out

Tenants have rights as well as owners. You may want to consult with an attorney in your county or state. Don't wait too long though as you want to know your rights a.s.a.p.

That is one of the possibilities listed at the website. It also states that other actions may be taken, in some circumstances, that may allow the process to be prolonged. You should consult with someone to learn all of your options and help you choose your best course of action. The bank and your landlord have done that already.
