Heads up, everyone!
I was watching ABC World News Tonight when they showed a blurb about secrets on how to beat the banks and keep your homes, that is airing tomorrow morning on GMA. Soooo, PLEASE tune in or program your VCRs or DVDRs and tape it! These tactics may be stuff we already know, but then again, they might be new tricks we can employ to beat those predatory SOBs at their own game. Let's all tune in for the scoop!

Nymess,

I think it is good and could help a lot of us homeowners and basically consists of a three-word phrase to stop lenders cold and delay foreclosure for several months: "Produce the note!" I've known about this tactic for some time but am going to employ it very soon in my own fight against AHMSI.

Does it truly halt a foreclosure? I can't see why it does because they could find all that information and send it out while you are waiting for the auction date to appear!
