Thanks for sharing this! Have to keep an eye on that...wonder how long it would take or if they'd even put it through. What about those of us using a law firm or mod. company/ assistance now....do you think we would further benefit if our mods were not completely a relief.....say if our principal wasn't lowered and we still had no equity, etc.? That is one reason I sometimes wonder if we should have waited a while longer before hiring a lawyer....seen what would have happened with the new gov't., etc.

sounds like more BS to me. Now a NEW way to qualify....which means a NEW way to get declined!! Ughhhhhhhhhh.........
