Heard that B of A was offering a two year rent back program if you did a Deed in Lieu with them ... has anyone heard of this or dealt with it at all yet? Has anyone heard of anyone being approved for this program?

I have only seen one member post that they received the letter and since they were in CA, I am not sure what became of it. You can post in that thread and ask if they called in to get the information here;
"Morgage to Lease" Program from B of A
In the Q&A it states:
How many customers are now eligible to participate in the pilot?
The program will be offered to approximately 2,500 customers in Nevada, New York, Arizona and California. At this time, the pilot is being conducted strictly on a solicitation basis; there isn’t opportunity for customers to volunteer or apply for consideration.
