So far it is a pilot test program for fewer than 1k homeowners in the states of FL, NV, and NY.

From what I just read ont he link you provided it is also being offered in Arizona ... do you know of anyone on this site that has been offered this program? I'm just wondering if it ever got off the ground or is a viable option for us ... we are in Arizona.Originally Posted by Cat Damiano

In the Q&A it states:
How many customers are now eligible to participate in the pilot?
The program will be offered to approximately 2,500 customers in Nevada, New York, Arizona and California. At this time, the pilot is being conducted strictly on a solicitation basis; there isn’t opportunity for customers to volunteer or apply for consideration.
