Zillow generally lists a very good estimate for your properties value, but it does not always amount to the same value as the lender comes up with. I would use zillow along with local comps to get a good estimate of your home's current value..Originally Posted by mollywoof

In my area in Michigan I find zillow to be about 20 percent higher than what homes actually sell for.
