My mortgage was originally with CW now BofA. I am trying to find the CWALT trust it was put into, how do I find this information? In addition, I am trying to find the cost to buyback the loan from CWALT I believe, my attorney thought it was 6 cents to a dollar. Where can I find this information? I know BofA sued their PMI on our 2nd mortgage, etc but unsure if they were paid on it. My note and mortgage were seperated, magically BofA produced a note with an allonge in blank of first this year, although it was be requested since 2009. Nothing is adding up. Please advise on how to find this much needed information. We only have a couple weeks left to bring this to the judge as Bof A is puching for summary judgement and the judge anticipates his decision to be made in 2 months.
