Thanks for your post.
I'm surprised your TS doesn't show on LPSASAP. I presume you are in one of the states covered by that site?

Hi Helpwithbofa,
I have a sale date coming up right around yours so I know how you feel but believe there are ways to prevent a sale as Freedomwon suggested. When I first posted on here I was 5 days away from a sale, that was almost a year ago. I'm still here, haven't been modified but I'm not going anywhere.
Hang in there, you're in the right place here on Loansafe to find a way to keep your home.
Hi All:
Thanks for your help. I am in san diego county. The date is supposedly being moved but Bank of America tells me that the postponement of the sale date is up to my investor, wells fargo. Maybe we wlll have movement today. I have been to the LPS site and have searched all ways. its strange that it is not there, yet it is on the recontrust site. Recontrust has 3 locations it auctions property at in San Diego. Two are at court houses and 1 is at a public site. My mortgage is a jumbo that is not owned by Fannie or Freddie, so I am wondering if that is why my sale is not showing up. There seems to be a whole different set of rules if your home is over the $729K ceiling set by HAMP/Obama.
Thanks everyone. I am going to try the letter demanding the postponement if we reach 5 days.
In my experience (and I've used it a bunch), the LPSASAP site has always showed scheduled TSs conducted by ReconTrust in CA, regardless of who owns the loan or the size of that loan. So, it's a mystery to me. At least you can go to the ReconTrust site to confirm. ReconTrust also has an automated phone line that tells a caller the sale date.
Per my post #38Good luck.I recommend you call BOA OOP again tomorrow morning and ask if the sales has been postponed yet. If it hasn't been, I would request the advocate make another request.
BOA uses two different systems; so don't fall for the story that they cannot make another postponement request. They can. If you have trouble, terminate the conversation and call back to speak with another, more helpful advocate.
