I'm sorry but I'm not 100% sure what you should do here. What did your bk attorney have to say about the tenants refusing to leave?

The bankruptcy lawyer just said to make sure that the tenants are out and my husband is living there. Is there someone where in the bankruptcy law that says that the tenants would lose everything if we declare bankruptcy and they are still living there (to show them so that they will leave). Thank you
