help me determine if this letter is legally binding?

I received a letter from Green Tree today. However, I want to make sure it is legally binding and they will follow through with their side of this letter if I pay them. Any attorneys that can help me verify this or what needs to be on the letter to make it legally binding?

I'm certainly no attorney, but this definitely does seem like a legitimate offer and if you agree to the terms and make the payment as noted on the letter they should release the lien and the account will be settled..
