Exposing Fraud Via State or Federal Court.

    Hi All

Need the legal minds on this question?

Please in your opinion, what court is more likely to expose mortgage fraud. The local superior court/civil action division of the court, or at the Federal level of the courts?

What jurisdiction is more likely to hold the moving party to its strickest proofs? Also should a homeowner fail at the local level is said homeowner still able to seek relief from the federal courts?

Is BK still and option after local court and state appeals court rulings?

    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards,

Aces............ Yes bankruptcy is possible after your judgment. Also exposing fraud is a tough one, to do as you must establish what kind of fraud it is and prove the elements and then with case law as your authority. As you know I have exposed a concealment of a material fact and have used equitable estoppel as a proper shield showing prejudice on me..........Jeffrey
