I got the first one, and I need the second one. Does Indy have to participate in this program? They are a participant in the first, don't they go hand in hand? They should. I need the second lowered so I can afford the first! Anyone had a second successfully modified by Indy Mac/One West? Customer service there is terrible. They are so far behind on even the first modification information.
