My home has been listed for sale, for over a year. It has been for short sale and now I am late on payments. I just lost a potential buyer because the bank BoA took too stinking long to "process" the offer. So I lost a potiential buyer, now looking at a foreclosure. I was wondering can you sue the bank for not acting in timely manner and losing a potiential buyer? Thanks.

The banks aren't required to accept a short sale or to even consider one, let alone "approve it in a timely manner."
