Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | can you sue bank...? My home has been listed for sale, for over a year. It has been for short sale and now I am late on payments. I just lost a potential buyer because the bank BoA took too stinking long to "process" the offer. So I lost a potiential buyer, now looking at a foreclosure. I was wondering can you sue the bank for not acting in timely manner and losing a potiential buyer? Thanks. |
