just wondering..why they want us to do this

ok i have a question..we had gotten foreclosed on our home this year it sold at auction august the 6th supposedly it didnt get sold so jp morgan chase bank now owns the home...ok they (chase) sends my husband and i a letter in the mail a few weeks ago saying that we need to make our payments to (mortage) jp morgan...now if the house went into foreclosure and the bank nows owns it..isnt it the banks problem now..im not going to make no kind of payment on the house...chase has screwed us around since 2007 with payments missing here and there saying we are 5 months behind when i had faxed them the proof that we werent..oh they (chase) said they couldnt find them...then they tell us that the payments we had sent in for this year were for the makeup payments that we were on in 2007 for a 1000.00 a month for 6 months which we did that for the 6 months and on time ..they told me that it was for the next 6 yrs and i told thme that i had proof and signed paperwork stating that it was for 6mths...well i got hung up on then...
what it boils down to is why n the he double hockey sticks did (chase) send us a letter stating that we need to make our payments still...they can shove it...

Hi. I'm not an attny. But I thought non-recourse states (Your previous posts say you're from Arkansas, and it is on that list) can't come after you after foreclosure.
